Extras
Pre-conference course : it will be organised on 13 April. It is on extra cost at 40 euros. Registration for the course is to be made during the conference registration. Please see the detailed programme.
Benchmark : participation is free of charge for ESAFORM 2021 registrants (mandatory condition). Registration must be made via the dedicated website.

Conditions
Early registrations : will close on 24 February. Payments must also be received at this date. After this date, the late fee will be requested.
Late registrations : will close on 5 April. Payments must also be received at this date, after this date an extra charge of 30 € per registration will be applied.
In any case, all payments must be received before the event.
Student registrations : a proof of student status (for example a copy of student card) must be uploaded during the registration process. The student reduced fee is reserved to master and PHD students.
Authors : Each participant can present maximum one paper. Each paper must have at least one author registered by 14 March 2021 in order to confirm the presentation of the paper and proper inclusion in the conference programme. If not confirmed at this date, the committee reserves the right to cancel the presentation.

Cancellation - replacement - refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 14 March 2021 at the latest, a refund of 80 % of the registration fee will be made. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference secretariat is notified in advance. After 14 March 2021, no refund will be provided.
Event recording
The live sessions and their discussions (plenary speeches, opening session, etc.) will be recorded. No recording will be done during the coffee breaks and working meetings (except on special request with an announcement)
Participants are free to mute their camera.
Recordings and presentations will be stored on organisers computers and online streaming platform under the responsibility of the local organising committee.
They will be made available for the ESAFORM 2021 participants only until 25 April and will be deleted after that date.
Storing on computers, copying and distributing is not allowed.
