ESAFORM meeting room (Teams)
A Teams meeting room is available for your meetings during the conference.
It is available during a 1-hour slot. Slots have to be booked online in advance .
The system is based on a first come first served basis and on the respect of the reserved schedule.
We kindly ask you to leave the room when your slot is over, in order to leave the room free for the following reservation.
The booking is to me made by Doodle. If you do not arrive automatically on the ESAFORM days (14-15-16 April), please scroll until that week and you will see the available slots.
An automatic email confirmation from Doodle will be sent to you. The link to access the Teams room will be included in this email.
