Video : Each presenter is asked to prepare a maximum 15-minute video of his/her paper presentation (ideally showing the slides and him(her)self as presenter).

Deadline : for 24 March at the latest.

Upload : The video will have to be uploaded on the submission platform (with the same account as for paper submission) : https://www.conftool.org/esaform2021 
Click on "Submit or edit paper/presentation", then "Final upload" on the right. Then upload your file at "Your video presentation (15 min): mp4" (at the end of the page).
You will still see your paper file, please DO NOT edit or remove it. This file was already sent to the editor, so that it cannot be modified anymore.

Format : The mandatory format is MP4 (max 230 MB, strict limit)

Q & A : ESAFORM 2021 participants will have the possibility to ask you questions about your presentation (an automatic email should be sent to you when a question is asked). We ask presenters to answer these questions each day during the conference by 16:00 hrs (CET) at the latest.

Registration :  Each participant can present maximum one paper.  Each paper must have at least one author registered by 14 March 2021 in order to confirm the presentation of the paper and proper inclusion in the conference programme.  If not confirmed at this date, the committee reserves the right to cancel the presentation.
