A memory stick with all the abstracts selected for presentation will be made available to all participants at the Symposium.

A selection of the best extended papers will be made by the Scientific Committee for publication in IJNM (International Journal of Numerical Modelling: Electronic Networks, Devices and Fields). Papers not presented by one of the authors at the Symposium will not be considered for selection.

Deadlines and submissions

Abstracts should be submitted as a one page  (text and figures) PDF document for 24 November 2017 (extended until 20 December). They should emphasise the main points and novel features of the work, including results. They should be submitted in PDF format directly via the Symposium website. Please use the symposium template : Word and LaTeX templates are available.

The authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit an extended paper by 13 April 2018.

Both abstracts and extended papers will be peer reviewed.

Online submission

The abstracts submission is now closed.

Authors will be informed about acceptance by 9 February 2018.
