Details on the review process

To ensure a high quality of the contributions, all papers will go through a strict and formal single-blind selection process. Only high-quality papers will be accepted and the target is to have at least two reviewers for each paper. The International Technical Advisory Committee together with the Local Organizing Committee constitutes the basis for the reviewers. Also, experts from IEEE PES society will be asked to participate in a review process.

Each paper will be classified as “non-accepted”, “accepted” or “conditionally accepted”. The authors of “conditionally accepted papers” will be invited to submit a revised version after addressing the reviewers’ comments. “Conditionally accepted” papers that do not appropriately address reviewers’ comments will be rejected.
